Pack it, ship it. Email us first and we'll send a prepaid return label if you're in India.

Seams, zippers, foam, hardware — whatever broke. Our workshop handles every repair by hand.

We Mail It Back
Good as new. On us. Always. Turnaround is typically 7–10 business days.
Fine Print
This covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. It doesn't cover intentional damage, modifications, or bags that went through a wood chipper. But honestly, we'll probably still try to fix it.
